Post-Stroke Rehabilitation Program

This program is designed for the patient discharged from Outpatient Occupational/Physical Therapy who requires assistance in order to take part in a post-rehabilitation exercise program. During the gym sessions, members work on their prescribed therapy exercises, and are challenged to incorporate additional strength, balance, flexibility and aerobic exercises. This program requires the assistance of a caregiver at every session, which is limited to six patients and caregivers per group.

There is a monthly charge for the Post Stroke Rehabilitation Program that is not covered by insurance.
