Atlantic Health hospitals provide notice to the public that when an individual has any concerns about patient care and safety in the hospital that the hospital has not addressed, he or she is encouraged to contact the hospital’s management at 973-971-5142 for Morristown Memorial Hospital and 908-522-5273 for Overlook Hospital.  If the concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, the individual is to be encouraged by the hospital to contact The Joint Commission Office of Quality Monitoring by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or e-mailing complaint@jointcommission.org.
