Meals

You will find a menu on your child’s breakfast tray for the next day. Please circle the desired items and a member of the Food and Nutrition Services will collect the menu.If you are not present, the nursing staff will assume this responsibility. Our dietitian can help with your child’s special dietary needs and tastes. Regular adult, pediatric, and alternative choice menus are available.

Parents may order a guest tray for any or all meals and food will be delivered to your room with your child’s tray. There is a charge to this service that will be added to your bill.

Parents can help themselves to coffee or tea in the pantry or great room in the pediatric unit. A continental breakfast is provided every morning in the Great Room for parents. The Great Room also has a refrigerator and microwave for your convenience.

The patients-only refrigerator in the pantry contains milk, juice, soda, ice pops, ice cream and condiments. The pantry also stocks infant foods, infant formulas, cereals, crackers, and utensils. Please help yourself.
