Faculty Advisor⁄Mentor Program

At the Goryeb Children’s Hospital, we have a one-on-one approach to each resident’s education. Early in the fall of the Post Graduate Year (PGY)-1 year, every resident selects an advisor/ mentor. Residents and advisors meet on a regular basis to outline educational goals, formulate individualized learning plans and discuss evaluations and career goals. Your advisor is there for you during the good times and the tough times as your advocate and friend.

Our open door policy extends from your advisor to the Chairman and Program Director.
