Refills: We kindly ask that you give the office 48 hours notice for medication refills.

Referrals: If your insurance carrier requires that you have a referral, please bring the referral with you during your office visit.

Lab work: For your convenience, our laboratory is on the first floor at Goryeb Children’s Hospital.
