Designed for parents and caregivers concerned about the growth and proper nourishment of their children, this program addresses poor eating habits, general nutrition and managing family meals with the demands of today’s lifestyles.  Classes are led by a pediatric nutritionist and social worker and are broken down by age groups.

  • Infants, Toddlers & Preschoolers:  Topics of discussion include picky eaters, meal and snack planning, and power struggles.

  • School-Aged through Adolescence:  This class explores such issues as nutritional needs, building self-esteem, physical activity, and making food choices outside of the home.

  • Parenting the Child Who is Overweight:  This class covers nutrition management, as well as emotional issues your child and family may be experiencing and is open to parents of all age groups.
