Hours of Operation:
- Monday: 7:00am-4:30pm
- Tuesday: 7:00am-4:30pm
- Wednesday: 7:00am-4:30pm
- Thursday: 7:00am-4:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am-4:30pm
- Saturday: closed
- Sunday: closed
Parking: The closest entrance is through the Goryeb Children's Center on Franklin Street. Valet parking is available for a modest fee.
Special Instructions: Patients should contact Pre-Registration at 1 866 424-7734 two days prior to their procedure if they have not been contacted by the pre-registration department. A signed prescription is required for all procedures. It must include the proper diagnosis code (ICD-9). All patients must bring ID and insurance card(s) even if you have already been pre-registered.
