• Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm
• Tuesday and Thursday: 7:00am to 5:30pm
• Saturday: 7:00am to 12:30pm
• Sunday: closed

Special Instructions: All pre-procedure testing must be scheduled by calling 973-971-6800. Patients must bring identification and insurance card(s); and if the patient has an advanced directive, please bring in a copy. A signed prescription is required for all procedures; it must include the proper diagnosis code (ICD-9 code).

Please note: You must still bring a copy of your identification and insurance card even if you have been pre-registered over the phone.
