This one-year program is based at Morristown Memorial Hospital.

- Accredited by the American Dental Association.
- Attending staff of 55, with half representing all dental specialties.
- 8,000 patient visits a year with 16,000 procedures performed, including all specialties.
Offerings
- Treat 40 to 50 patients a week, including children, the medically compromised and the developmentally disabled.
- Develop complex diagnostic treatment planning and clinical skills.
- Focus on comprehensive care, continuity of care and cosmetic dentistry.
- Provide restorative and oral surgical care in the OR and handle trauma.
- Participate in one- and two-week rotations to medicine and anesthesiology, respectively.
- Be on-call every fourth week.
- Practice four-handed dentistry, with one assistant per resident.
- Participate in our Orofacial Pain Center.
- Learn rotary endodontics and implantology — each resident places and restores a minimum of two implants.
- New, bright and airy 3,000-square-foot operatory facility includes laboratory, sterilization areas, conference room and x-ray area.
