Faculty Advisor-Mentor Program
| Early in the fall of the Post Graduate Year (PGY) -1 year, every resident selects an advisor-mentor to outline educational goals, formulate individualized learning plans and discuss evaluations and career goals. Advisors work with residents throughout the three year program to provide guidance, friendship and advocacy. Every faculty member, from the chairman and program director to your advisor, maintains an open door policy for all students, so you can always find the support you need. |  |
