  • Scholarly activity project - All residents are required to complete at least two research projects to become familiar with research protocol, and learn to apply research results effectively during patient care and personal performance.

  • Didactic component - All residents are required to attend Journal Club, Evidence-based Medicine Conference, research lectures and Research Club. During Research Club, residents present findings from their research projects to other residents and faculty for feedback to help implement the most effective and educational project.
