Blood pressure: Make sure you are at or below 120/80 – the national guideline for blood pressure. You will receive counseling and educational materials at this free screening.

Body fat: Quick and easy body mass index (BMI) and body fat tests assess your risk of heart disease. Counseling and educational materials are available.

Bone density: Find out if you are at risk for developing osteoporosis with a noninvasive ultrasound that provides immediate results. Counseling and educational materials will be provided.

Cholesterol: Total cholesterol, HDL and TC/HDL ratio are measured using a simple, non-fasting fingerstick. Education and counseling will be offered.

Colorectal health: Learn about colorectal health. Educational materials and free colorectal kits are available.

Diabetes: Learn your blood sugar and risk factors for Type II diabetes with a non-fasting fingerstick that gives immediate results.

Hearing: If you have problems hearing conversations, need people to repeat themselves or are frequently told that your TV is too loud, consider having your hearing screened.

Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD): If you are experiencing painful leg cramps or have a foot wound that refuses to heal, you may be showing signs of PVD. Attend a screening to assess your symptoms.
