Physician Leadership Development Program
The Physician Leadership Development Program at Atlantic Health System is designed to help physicians from across our hospital system develop their leadership skills and exchange ideas, strategies and best practices across campuses with their colleagues. Senior leaders from Atlantic Health System identify and nominate physicians to participate in this program. The Physician Leadership Development Program is in partnership with College of Saint Elizabeth.
Our program’s goals include:
- Strengthen alignment between physician leaders and Atlantic Health System goals and objectives
- Foster relationships among our physician leaders
- Sustain and nurture our physician leaders within our health care organization
