Atlantic Center for Research Summer Intern Program
The Summer Intern Program at the Atlantic Center for Research is designed for undergraduate college students who are interested in pursuing a career in biomedical research or related sciences. Students in the program have the opportunity to:

The internship begins on the last Monday in May 2012 and runs for 10 consecutive weeks. Opportunities will be offered at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown and Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ.
Students who are accepted as interns will be offered a stipend of $3,000.
Eligible applicants include undergraduate freshmen, sophomores or juniors who are contemplating a career in research or biomedical sciences. Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and should have completed at least one college-level biology or chemistry course. The criteria for selection include:
Email your resume to Dr. Rami Bustami by March 5, 2012. Your resume should include your GPA, relevant science courses and contact information for two academic references. In the email, please include several paragraphs, totaling less than 500 words, describing why you are interested in the program.
Applicants may be asked to participate in a short interview, which can be done remotely. Individuals will be notified of the selection decision sometime between March 15 and April 1, 2012.
