To further aid in the healing process for our patients, our medical centers offer patient-centered visitation - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Hours may vary for certain locations or departments, so please call ahead for clarity and review our guidelines.

Parking information

Atlantic Health Chilton provides free parking to all patients, visitors and employees.

The visitor parking lot is located across from the hospital adjacent to the Collins Pavilion. Those coming for outpatient testing and pre-admission patients should also use the visitor parking lot. Collins Pavilion patients may park in the designated areas of the Pavilion’s lot.

Emergency Department patients and those coming to the East Entrance should park in the designated areas of the parking lot adjacent to the Emergency Department entrance.

For patients who need wheelchair assistance, drivers can use the main entrance where a wheelchair will be provided. Once the patient is inside, drivers should move their vehicles to the visitor parking lot.

Directions

Atlanitic Health Chilton is conveniently located near Routes 23 and 278, as well as major thoroughfares in Pompton Plains, NJ. Find directions and transportation options below:

From Route 287 North/South

Take Route 287 to Exit 52A for Route 23 South. Go through first light and take the first exit for West Parkway and the Boulevard. Follow signs to the right for West Parkway. Turn right into the driveway from West Parkway.

From Route 80/Route 46

Take Route 80 West or Route 46 West to Route 23 North. Exit at Riverdale Circle. Follow signs for the U-Turn and cross onto Route 23 South. Stay in the right hand lane. Take Route 23 South to the exit for West Parkway and the Boulevard. Follow signs to the right for West Parkway. Turn right into the driveway from West Parkway.

From Route 23 South

Take Route 23 South to the exit for West Parkway and the Boulevard. Follow signs to the right for West Parkway. Turn right into the driveway from West Parkway.
