Full Circle Training gives you the unique opportunity to work in the various units that your patients may visit during their hospital stay. This enables you to gain a greater appreciation of how departments work together to deliver comprehensive patient care. For example, if you were hired in the Emergency Department, you would have the opportunity to shadow in MICU, ICU, and Trauma OR.
