The assistant did not say much, i.e. Good morning or follow me. I was a little put off by that. At the end of her intake & measurements she was a little friendlier. I understand people are busy or may have other things on their mind, but I do think a greeting does make people feel welcome, or at ease. I am not looking for a big chat just a friendly welcome. Dr Wininger is welcoming & puts patients (at least this one) at ease.My condition is straightforward so there is not a lot of discussion needed. But I do think if I needed to talk to Dr Wininger more about my condition he would listen & be engaged.

Everything was fine. My only problem is that the medical facility is an hour drive from my home.

This was one of the best experience I had in a Doctors office. From the moment the doctor entered the room with his positive energy, through his detailing and explaining was a great experience.
