Swift intervention and treatment are vital to saving lives.
Atlantic Health System Transfer Center provides experienced emergency services for heart attack patients en route to Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute at Morristown Medical Center or Overlook Medical Center. The cardiac transport team includes registered nurses with advanced training in critical care, emergency medical technicians and respiratory therapists. Each team member has extensive experience in emergency procedures and advanced care for cardiac patients.
The team – available 24 hours a day, seven days a week – travels throughout the tri-state area and transports thousands of patients each year to our facilities.
