The Pediatric Residency Program at Goryeb Children’s Hospital, part of Atlantic Health System, combines the best features of a university program with a community-based children’s hospital setting. We receive more than 3,000 admissions and 50,000 outpatient visits per year, perform cutting-edge research, and employ more than 100 general pediatric and subspecialty faculty members, many of whom are dedicated clinician-educators.
Residents at Goryeb Children’s Hospital have the opportunity to live in the beautiful and diverse community of historic Morristown, NJ, and work in a state-of-the-art children’s hospital known for its patient- and family-centered approach. Our yearly class size of 12 residents allows us to create individual learning programs for each resident with a degree of mentorship that is unparalleled among regional programs of similar size. In addition, our academic affiliation with Mount Sinai School of Medicine provides both faculty members and residents with bonus research and teaching opportunities.
Graduates of our program are regularly accepted to the most competitive fellowships, as well as sought-after practice opportunities. At Goryeb Children’s Hospital, we are dedicated to your education, your growth and your future.
