Atlantic Healthy Lifestyles Outpatient Services
Atlantic Healthy Lifestyles – Integrative Medicine Centers are available at three New Jersey locations, including Summit, Montville and Morristown, and one physician practice in Morristown.
Our integrative medicine services include:
Holistic Health Assessments ($70)
Meet with a holistic nurse to review all aspects of your health, identify areas of stress and learn techniques to reduce stress. For patients, families and children.
Nutrition Assessments and Counseling ($55 per hour)
Healthy Cooking Classes ($10)
Learn about heart-healthy cooking and eating, discuss weight loss strategies, and discover the benefits of an anti-inflammatory diet. Our nutritionist is available for individual sessions to help you set realistic goals and form a new relationship with food.
HeartMath Biofeedback Sessions ($55 each session)
An innovative biofeedback device, “HeartMath,” helps you create an awareness and understanding of the mind/body connection through feedback on heart rate variability.
Physical Activity Classes ($10)
Physical activity helps to reduce stress, improve flexibility, build concentration and physical stamina, and improve mental outlook. We offer yoga, tai chi, meditation, Nia, Zumba and Dance Fit classes on a regular basis.
Lifestyle Coaching ($55 each session)
Mental health professionals offer a place for you to set goals and develop new ways of managing life.
Hands-On Healing Sessions and Massage ($55)
Take advantage of low-cost, hands-on healing sessions such as Jin Shin Jyutsu, craniosacral therapy, reflexology and massage. Research has shown that these techniques can help with pain and stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart rhythms and help one’s mental attitude. Massage is also offered to provide relaxation, release muscle tension and improve overall well-being.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese medicine art that helps many chronic conditions, including pain, stress, migraines, back and neck discomfort, osteoarthritis, sports injuries, digestive disorders and musculoskeletal conditions. Sessions are offered in all of our centers.
