Global Options for Long-Term Care
Provides support for seniors who meet the income, asset and nursing facility level of care requirements established by Medicaid

Hearing Aid Assistance to the Aged and Disabled (HAAAD)
Provides a $100 reimbursement towards the cost of a hearing aid for seniors or disabled individuals who participate in PAAD or meet PAAD income guidelines

Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving (JACC)
A cost sharing program of home-based services for nursing home eligible seniors who are not eligible for Medicaid or Medicaid Waiver services

Helps with the cost of gas and/or electric utilities for PAAD or Medicaid beneficiaries

Lifeline, Link Up and Toll Limitation Services (TLS)
Lifeline is a government program that offers qualified low income households a discount on their monthly local landline telephone bill and may pay for initial service connection costs; must participate in either Medicaid, PAAD, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) or receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) to qualify.

Helps eligible, low-income families and individuals meet home heating and medically necessary cooling costs; USF offers assistance with gas and electric bills
