- Women's Heart Awareness Programs at Overlook Medical
- Home is Where the Heart Is – We offer the following screenings to help identify your risk for cardiovascular disease: risk assessment, lipid profile, diabetes, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), and metabolic syndrome. Each participant will receive one-on-one counseling. To register, please call 1-866-877-8780.
- Speaker's Bureau for Women's Heart Health – A cardiac nurse is available to speak to your group or organization about the signs and symptoms related to women's heart disease. To schedule a speaker, please call 908-522-5355.
- Atlantic Healthy Lifestyles Outpatient Services – Lifestyle coaching, nutrition assessments, healthy cooking classes, physical activity classes and more are available at three New Jersey locations, including Summit, Montville and Morristown, and one physician practice in Morristown.
- Mended Hearts
A monthly support group for heart disease patients and caregivers; cardiac physicians and allied health professionals will discuss topics on heart health. Registration is not required. Fourth Sunday of every month, 1:30 to 3:00pm
