Patient Registration
When you come to Morristown Medical Center for a procedure, you’ll first need to register. Be sure to bring your ID and insurance card(s), plus a signed prescription (including the diagnosis code or ICD-9 code). No appointment is necessary to register. If you have a scheduled appointment in another department, plan to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your appointment time so you can be registered first.
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday 7:00am to 3:00pm. The registration desk is located on Simon 1. Please park in the Visitor Parking Lot next to the hospital and use the Madison Avenue entrance.
