Registration is required for all procedures at Morristown Medical Center. In most cases, it is recommended that you call ahead of time to schedule an appointment and pre-register for services. Please note that some procedures do not require a scheduled appointment.
If you are making an unscheduled visit to our hospital, please ensure that you have a valid identification (ID), insurance cards and a signed prescription from your physician, including the diagnosis code or ICD-9 code.
If you have a scheduled appointment, but did not pre-register, please plan to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to you appointment so that you can register with us.
Morristown Medical Center’s Patient Registration Department’s business hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday 7:00am to 3:00pm. The registration desk is located on Simon 1, off the main lobby. Please park in the visitor parking lot next to the hospital and use the Madison Avenue entrance.
