Through "Live From Brain Works," a collaboration between Atlantic Neuroscience Institute and Liberty Science Center, high school students visiting the Center can watch Atlantic Neuroscience surgeons perform brain surgery in real time via advanced video conferencing technology. Students have the opportunity to ask neurosurgeons questions as they treat stroke-related conditions, acoustic neuromas, brain tumors, spinal surgeries, and other skull-based surgeries. Programs like "Live From Brain Works" expose students to a wide range of career opportunities in science and medicine that they may otherwise not consider.
