Having a new baby is bound to change your life, and having two or more at the same time can be overwhelming. If you feel frustrated, overtired or confused, talking with other parents who share the same responsibilities can help you feel supported and re-energized.
Morristown Medical Center offers a two-part prenatal program for parents expecting multiple births – Great Expectations: Prepared Childbirth & Infant Care for Parents Expecting Twins, Triplets or More.
