Once you have purchased CONCERN Behavioral and Management Solutions, you will be assigned an account manager who will help ensure your company gets the full value from our services.
Your account manager will help you resolve any difficulties that may emerge with employees or within the workplace. He or she will also assist you in introducing CONCERN services to your workers. This may include:
- On site orientations for all eligible employees
- Promotional materials, including brochures, wallet cards, quarterly newsletters and posters, to help remind employees of the benefits available to them
- Supervisory training for your managers, directors and administration on how to use CONCERN services both for themselves and as a management tool
After the introduction, your account manager will continue to keep your staff aware of employee assistance programs throughout their tenure.
