Blood Draw for Testing
Skilled medical technicians are available to collect blood for diagnostic and screening tests at our family-friendly outpatient laboratory (adult and pediatric). We require appointments for the following tests:
- Pye Test
- D-xylose Tolerance
- Glucose Tolerance
- Elisa Act Test
- Semen Antibody
- Hamms Test

Locations
- Overlook Medical Center – We are located off the main hospital lobby; the concierge or receptionist in the lobby will direct you.
- Overlook Imaging, Union – Laboratory services are also available within our outpatient radiology facility at 1000 Galloping Hill Road, Union, NJ. Entrance to the building is accessible from Chestnut Street.
Hours of Operation
- Overlook Medical – Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday, 6:30am to 11:30am
- Overlook Imaging, Union – Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Parking
- Overlook Medical – Parking is available in the West Garage at a fee of $4.00 for up to five hours. A “Frequent Parkers” coupon book can be purchased at $20.00 for 10 visits. Valet parking is also available.
- Overlook Imaging, Union – Free parking is available in front of our building’s entrance, accessible from Chestnut Street.
Overlook Medical Center’s Blood Collection Department is not a collection site for Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp.
