Patient Registration
When you come to Overlook Medical Center for a procedure, you’ll first need to register in our Central Access office located on the fifth floor, which is the main level of the hospital.
Central Access’ hours of operation are:
Monday through Friday
Surgery registration: 5:30am – 5:45pm
Outpatient registration: 7:00am – 5:45pm
Saturday
6:00am – 11:45am
Central Access is closed on Sunday and holidays.
Please park in the West Garage, located directly across the drive from the main entrance. Arrive 30 minutes prior to appointments for testing and two hours prior to surgery, unless otherwise directed. You must bring legal ID, insurance card and a prescription for each procedure or test.
