Pre-Registration
If you’ve never been a patient at an Atlantic Health System facility before but are planning to obtain medical services at Overlook Medical Center, you can save yourself valuable time on the day of service by registering in advance with Atlantic Health System.
Pre-registration will eliminate the need for you to spend time completing administrative paperwork on the day you are to be treated, enabling Overlook Medical’s health care professionals to provide full attention to your medical needs. Our pre-registration personnel are compassionate, polite and professional.
To pre-register for your appointment, please contact our Pre-Registration Department at 1-866-424-7734 Monday through Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm or pre-register via RelayHealth, an Atlantic Health System service that will enable you to pre-register*, consult with your doctor online in a secure and private environment, manage your health care records, pay bills and make billing inquiries.
*Pre-registration is available for Morristown Medical Center and Overlook Medical Center patients.
