Overlook Medical Center: The Patient Experience
The standard hospital room at Overlook Medical Center consists of two beds. A limited number of private rooms are also available. There is an additional charge for a private room, unless medically indicated by your physician. Please note that most insurance companies do not reimburse for private room charges unless medically indicated by your doctor. Each bed is equipped with Patient Vision, a computer system that allows you to participate in interactive patient education, order your menu from dietary, watch television, or play video games.
All patient rooms are equipped with bedside telephones that have access to free local and domestic long distance calls.
