Atlantic Neuroscience Institute, located at Overlook Hospital, houses the first Comprehensive Stroke Center in New Jersey, offering patients groundbreaking technologies such as the Merci Retrieval System™ and Penumbra devices. The Brain Tumor Center of NJ is renowned for its patient centered, multidisciplinary approach including unique treatments like the CyberKnife radiosurgery and clinical trials for new brain tumor targeted vaccines. Among an array of outpatient and inpatient services include the Pain Management and Concussion Centers, and the level 4 Epilepsy Center.

At the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center, where we offer expert treatment for all types of cancer with the most advanced medical technology, our mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate and individualized service. In fact, Overlook Hospital ranks second in the world in the number of CyberKnife treatments provided to prostate cancer patients. Our pulmonary center brings state-of-the-art care to lung cancer patients, while our thyroid cancer program provides the broadest treatment available in the region.

The Chest Pain Center, part of Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute, is accredited by the National Society of Chest Pain Centers. Overlook is also home to a Center of Excellence in Bariatric Surgery designated by the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.  In addition, Goryeb Children’s Center has more than 100 pediatric specialists dedicated to patients in a child-centered facility.
