Muteeb Ghaffar, MD

Muteeb Ghaffar, MD, is a physician specializing in family medicine and is board-certified in family medicine by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.

After earning his medical degree from University of Seychelles American Institute of Medicine, Victoria, Seychelles, Dr. Ghaffar completed a residency in family medicine at University of Louisville in Glasgow, Kentucky. Dr. Ghaffar then completed a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University - Bon Secours Health System in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to joining Atlantic Health, Dr. Ghaffar served as a professor of clinical medicine as well as clinician at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
