Wait times represent the average estimated length of time from registration to being assigned a "first provider" (a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant). Times displayed for Atlantic Health Systems are:

  • Reported as an average of wait times for the previous 2 hours of patients that have presented to the emergency department and have been seen by a provider
  • Refreshed at least every 15 minutes

Many circumstances can affect wait times - for example, patients arriving by ambulance or with life-threatening injuries or illnesses. Patients with severe conditions will be seen before those with less-serious problems or ailments. These times are provided for informational purposes only and cannot be guaranteed upon arrival.

Applying to the Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship

Applicants to the Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program at Morristown Medical Center must have completed a residency in internal medicine in the United States or Canada, and they must be board eligible or board certified in internal medicine.

All required application documents must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). The deadline is October 1, 2017. We accept applicants with J-1 visas. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any other visa classifications at this time, e.g., H-1.

  • Dean’s letter (medical student performance evaluation)

  • Three letters of recommendation, including one from residency program director
  • Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certification, if applicable
