Early in the fall, every resident meets with an advisor/mentor to outline educational goals, formulate individualized learning plans and discuss evaluations and career goals.
Advisors work with residents throughout the four-year program to provide guidance, friendship and advocacy. Every faculty member, from the chairman and program director to your advisor, maintains an open-door policy for all residents, fellows and students, so you can always find the support you need.
