Who can receive the COVID-19 vaccine now?
Health care workers, long-term care residents and staff, first responders and people who are over age 65 or are age 16-64 with a medical condition that increases the risk of severe illness from COVID-19 are eligible.
Our goal is to vaccinate everyone who wants to receive a vaccine. We are following the priority guidelines outlined by the State of New Jersey. As additional phases open, we will provide updates here.
How can I get the vaccine?
If you're eligible now, an appointment is required. Please understand that vaccine supply is limited and changing often. We ask for your patience and are opening up appointment availability as soon as we receive additional vaccines.

Where are appointments being offered?
Appointments are being scheduled at the Morris County Regional COVID-19 Vaccination Center in Rockaway. Atlantic Health System is working with the County of Morris and the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) on this state-designated site.
Additional Atlantic Health System centers are open in Basking Ridge, Clark, Hackettstown, Morristown, Mountain Lakes, Newton, Pompton Plains and Summit.

Who is getting the vaccine?

Thousands of people, including first responders, doctors, nurses, seniors and other high-risk community members, have been vaccinated through our program.
In fact, we’ve administered 143,768 vaccine doses as of February 28, 2021. That number continues to grow as we work to expand access in accordance with New Jersey's phased distribution approach.
Thank you to everyone who signed up to receive vaccine appointment alerts. We are continuing to reach out to that group with notifications to schedule appointments.
