Atlantic Health System's Notice of Privacy Practices governs how we may use and disclose medical information about you. Read more:

Atlantic Health System also has a Digital Privacy Policy that explains how we collect, use, protect and share information that we collect from you on Atlantichealth.org and its subdomains, and any online feature, service and/or program that we offer. 

Wayne A. McNulty, Vice President, Compliance and Internal Audit/Chief Compliance, Internal Audit, Privacy and Research Integrity Officer, serves as the Privacy Official as set forth under the HIPAA Privacy Rule at 45 C.F.R. Section 164.530 (a)(1)(i).

Larry Pierce, Director, Information Security Officer, serves as the Security Official as set forth under the HIPAA Security Rule at 45 C.F.R. Section 164.308(a)(2).

Ulysses Lee, Director, Corporate Compliance, serves as the individual designated under 45 C.F.R. Section164.530 (a)(1)(ii) to receive complaints and provide information related to Atlantic Health’s Notice of Privacy Practices, respectively.
