UPDATED BOOSTER AVAILABLE FOR AGE 6 MONTHS AND OLDER

*Please note: Moderna boosters are available at Atlantic Health System for ages 6 months to 5 years and 18+. Pfizer boosters are also available for children and teens, age 5 and up. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have not authorized a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine booster for children who have completed their initial vaccination series. Third Dose
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that people who are moderately or severely immunocompromised receive a 3rd dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine (age five and up) or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (age 18 and up) at least 28 days after their second dose. Please discuss your eligibility and whether you should receive the third dose with your doctor before scheduling your appointment. You'll also need to know whether you received Pfizer or Moderna for your first two doses.
