Bring your ePassport/QPassport/Paper Chain of Custody with you. If possible, please print it out ahead of time. Not having a hard copy may result in delays. Children are not permitted in the testing area.
You will be asked to empty your pockets and remove any outer clothing. There is limited space in the collection area. We recommend not bringing large items.
Be prepared to be at the testing location for up to three hours if you are unable to provide a sufficient amount of specimen.
Yes, you can drink liquids before your arrival. However, avoid drinking an excessive amount, as it may cause your specimen to be rejected.
The collector will walk you through each step. For DOT drug screens, bluing will be added to the toilet, and all items like soap, paper towels, and garbage cans will be removed from the restroom. You will also be asked not to flush the toilet.
