About me
Alan Puzino, MD, is a primary care physician with Atlantic Medical Group. Board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, he has more than 40 years of clinical experience treating adults for all general medical needs. He is a practitioner with an outgoing and positive attitude, Dr. Puzino has excellent capabilities in diagnosing symptoms and enjoys developing long term relationships with his patients.
Dr. Puzino earned his medical degree from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico, and completed his residency in internal medicine at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, NJ, now part of Atlantic Health System. In private practice for many years, he has always enjoyed a loyal following, with many of his patients entrusting their care to him for over 30 years. He is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.

- 5.0Apr 30, 2026I was NOT HAPPY to hear that Dr. Alan Puzino was going to retire!!He has been my doctor since 1993ish.I followed him everywhere he moved for decades. I trust the man, I look up to the man, and did I say I TRUST the man!!! There is no one out there that can fill his shoes.The amount of knowledge you are losing is unfathomable.At least I will see him again before he retires In June.I will not be able to replace him, and I am 100% sure you will not be able to replace him!

- 5.0Apr 18, 2026Very happy for the doctors decision to retire however I HOPE others are as good as he is. I have seen others and It feels like I'm on a machine. Move them in and move them out. At times I do not have enough time to think about what the doctors recommendations to ask a question because I'm basically "rushed". I feel like that is a new model for Atlantic as a whole. Very disappointed
