Arielle N Fleischer, APN

Arielle Fleischer, DNP, APN, FNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner with Atlantic Medical Group Gastroenterology at Morristown, specializing in premalignant conditions and malignancies involving the gastrointestinal (GI) system. Arielle is licensed by the State of New Jersey as an advanced practice nurse (APN) and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Arielle works collaboratively with specialists in advanced endoscopy to provide optimal care and support to patients and families, helping them lead active and healthy lives by managing gastrointestinal conditions. Her comprehensive care includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, follow-up, and education for numerous conditions with a clinical focus in therapeutic endoscopy: endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), endoscopic ultrasound, submucosal dissection and resection, and endoscopic surgical techniques including endoscopic bariatric surgery, esophageal and gastric POEM, Zenker’s diverticulectomy, transoral incisionless fundoplication, enteric stenting, double balloon enteroscopy, Barrett’s esophagus, pancreatic cyst management and endoscopic suturing.

Understanding the challenges presented by diseases of the digestive tract, Arielle is dedicated to empowering individuals and providing health counseling and education to help minimize complications and restore normal daily living.

Arielle holds a doctorate of nursing practice (DNP) from Rutgers University, Newark, NJ, and a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) from Moravian College, Bethlehem, PA. She previously earned a bachelor of science (BS) in public health from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ.

Arielle has cared for adolescent and adult patients in a variety of settings, including labor and delivery, women’s health and ambulatory surgery.
