Nour Elhouda Elassa, DO

Nour Elhouda Elassa, DO, is a family medicine physician with Atlantic Medical Group. Board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and the American Board of Family Medicine, she draws on her clinical experience to treat patients of all ages. Utilizing a holistic approach to deliver the highest quality of care, Dr. Elassa is dedicated to building lasting bonds with patients and seeing them through all stages of life.
Dr. Elassa earned her osteopathic medicine degree as well as a master’s degree in biological and physical sciences from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, Harlem, NY. She completed her family medicine residency at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, NJ, part of Atlantic Health System. Raised in Jersey City and fluent in Arabic, Dr. Elassa attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earning a degree in biomedical engineering. She has followed through on her commitment to return and serve her community in a primary care role. In addition she works as a youth mentor to foster interest in science and medicine.
Dr. Elassa is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
