Buffalo chicken dip

With our simple substitutions, you won’t miss the calorie-dense ranch dressing, cream cheese, or sour cream. This Buffalo chicken dip blends flavors and heat into comfort food that’s popular at any gathering. Just make sure you serve it with sturdy chips and veggies for scooping!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • ½ cup hot sauce of choice
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. ranch seasoning
  • 1½ cups reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients, reserving a ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour dip into a glass 8” × 8” pan. Top with remaining ½ cup of cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. Serve with chips or veggies and enjoy!
