Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat flatbread
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1 to 2 cups baby arugula
- 1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Assemble pizza by topping the flatbread with tomato sauce, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in oven for about 10 minutes until flatbread is browned and cheese is melted.
