The program is a one-year professional practice program created to build a solid foundation for your nursing career. The program focuses on the continuum of care and evidence-based practice provided by Chilton Medical Centers’ nursing experts.
After participating in a customized transition into practice orientation, you will work with experienced Registered Nurses and Nurse Educators who will precept and mentor you throughout your first year of employment. We will provide you with an in-depth understanding of the various facets of comprehensive health care delivery. The Nursing Department supports and facilitates your success as you embark on this exciting journey.
