Hospital foundations and auxiliaries
Our foundations and auxiliaries help strengthen patient care, research, education and community programs. Explore ways to support Atlantic Health through giving and volunteer service.
Foundations and donations
Atlantic Health’s nonprofit public foundations help preserve and expand our medical centers’ programs and services in patient care, clinical research, medical and public health education, and preventative medicine. In addition, our medical center associations and auxiliaries help support the mission and values of our hospitals.
Medical center foundations
CentraState Healthcare Foundation’s mission is to serve as the link between CentraState Healthcare System and the region. Through our volunteer and contribution opportunities, the foundation offers residents and businesses a way to become stakeholders in their hospital. Since we have no shareholders or other ownership interests, we are a true partner in the region.
Chilton Medical Center Foundation is solely dedicated to supporting the capital needs of the hospital and its family of affiliates. The Foundation raises money to enhance the quality of health care available to those we serve – funding clinical services, state-of-the-art technology, facility construction and modernizations, outreach initiatives and other vital programs.
The Foundation for Hackettstown Medical Center conducts philanthropic programs in support of Hackettstown Medical Center so that it can continue to delivery quality health and wellness services to the community.
Charitable gifts to the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center are essential so that we can continue to provide high quality health care to the communities of Morristown Medical Center and Goryeb Children’s Hospital. All gifts to the Foundation are tax deductible, and each and every one of your dollars stays right here at our hospitals, helping us to make the Morris County New Jersey region a healthier, safer place to live, work and raise a family.
Newton Medical Center Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Newton Medical Center, exists to serve the present and future health and wellness needs of our community and beyond.
Charitable gifts to the Overlook Foundation are essential so that we can continue to provide high quality health care to our communities. All gifts to the Foundation are tax deductible, and each and every one of your dollars stays right here at Overlook Medical Center, helping us to make the Union County New Jersey region a healthier, safer place to live and raise a family.
A donation to Atlantic Visiting Nurse helps provide home and hospice care for the community - at all ages and stages of life - regardless of ability to pay. Support for our work can come through donations, planned giving, retirement fund gifts or attending a fundraising event.
Associations and auxiliaries
The CentraState Associated Auxiliaries have been making a difference in our region by fundraising for and volunteering at Atlantic Health CentraState Medical Center since 1965. The Associated Auxiliaries welcome anyone interested in supporting the medical center.
Auxiliary members have supported Chilton Medical Center since its inception, rallying the charitable spirit of a community to build a state-of-the-art medical facility and improve the health of area residents. Indeed, what began in 1949 with 20 charter members has evolved into a thriving organization that continues to drive the hospital’s philanthropy. Over the last half century, the Auxiliary has raised more than $4 million for Chilton Medical Center.
Their efforts have funded life-saving medical equipment, expansions and modernizations, surgical innovations and vital enhancements to virtually every aspect of Chilton’s vast continuum of services.
Established in 1982, the Hackettstown Medical Center Auxiliary sponsors events and raises funds to help ensure our hospital can provide the highest level of care. The organization also manages the day-to-day operations of the hospital gift shop and awards scholarships to employees and local students looking to further a career in medicine. New auxiliary members are welcome.
The Women’s Association of Morristown Medical Center is a 650 member volunteer organization established in 1893 to support Morristown Medical Center in its ability to provide quality health care to the community. Through service and fundraising projects, including the signature event, Mansion in May Designer Showhouse and Gardens the Women’s Association contributes annually to technologies, facilities and services that enhance patient care.
Volunteers are welcome and vital to the success of the Association.
For more than 50 years, the Newton Medical Center Auxiliary has been an important part of the hospital, dedicated to supporting its mission, contributing funds and raising awareness of health issues. Through the Auxiliary, members serve the hospital by volunteering their time, talents and energy in the hospital’s various departments.
The Overlook Medical Center Auxiliary is a volunteer organization committed to serving the entire hospital community, fostering a compassionate and comforting environment through hands-on volunteering and innovative fundraising.
