TEAM Model

Mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), this model requires our hospitals to be accountable for the costs and quality of related care for hip or knee replacements,  hip or femur fracture repair, spinal fusion surgeries, major bowel surgeries and coronary artery bypass grafts (CABG).
