Atlantic Health System’s Hire Learning Residency Program provides one-year on-the-job training for eligible candidates who have recently graduated from nursing school. Curriculum focuses on continuum of care.
Those accepted will take part in a customized orientation, followed by work experience with our registered nurses and nurse educators, who provide both instruction and mentorship. In addition, through our full circle observational learning experience, residents can shadow nurses in the units of their specialty, gaining an in-depth understanding of how to provide comprehensive care.
