At the center of these services is the WELL-BEING@Novartis (WB@N) health navigator. The health navigator is a healthcare professional who has received advanced training on health education, counseling, and advocacy. This service is administrated by Atlantic Health System. US Novartis Group Company associates who utilize this service will work directly with the Health Navigator on a private and confidential* one-on-one basis so that they can be connected with the WELL-BEING@Novartis services that will help them reach their goal.
The health navigator will be your well-being partner by assuring that all services are closely integrated and meet the specific needs of each individual.
