Primary Care at Warren offers a wide range of patient-centered care for the community in a friendly, caring environment. Our primary care physicians are trained in internal medicine and treat each patient throughout his or her adult life.
Our services include:
- Complete health assessments and physical exams
- Annual, sports, college and pre-participation physicals
- Adult and geriatric medicine
- Inpatient hospital care coordination
- Referral to specialists and coordination of care
- Immunizations
- Preventive care (colorectal cancer screening, skin cancer screening)
- Evaluation of risk for heart disease and osteoporosis
- Care of acute illnesses, including (but not limited to) strep throat, infectious mononucleosis, influenza, bronchitis, pneumonia and gastroenteritis
- Care for chronic health conditions, including (but not limited to) asthma, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, high cholesterol, arthritis, back pain
